Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club in a safe, clean, and engaging environmentPlan and lead age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities (arts and crafts, games, storytelling, etc.)Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, and wellbeing at all timesBuild positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parentsMonitor and manage attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and maintain accurate recordsMaintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Kids Club area and equipment/toysRespond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or special needsCoordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless guest experience for familiesUphold the hotel's brand standards and luxury service culture in all interactions Education: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (Kindergarten)Fluent in EnglishWell-mannered and skilled in dealing with childrenGood Apperance
