The Barista is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through the preparation and service of high-quality non-alcoholic beverages. This role focuses on consistency, presentation, service excellence, and operational standards while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the brand’s service culture.

Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipesEnsure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control of all drinksProvide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guestsMaintain a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and ensure guest satisfactionHandle guest complaints or special requests politely and efficientlySet up and close the bar according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar counters, equipment, and utensilsEnsure proper stock rotation and storage of all beverages and garnishesRecord sales accurately and handle cash, credit cards, or room charges responsiblyReport shortages, breakages, or discrepancies to managementAdhere to local laws and company safety regulationsFollow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standardsCoordinate with waitstaff and kitchen for smooth serviceAttend daily briefings and participate in staff training sessionsSupport colleagues during peak hours to maintain efficiency Proven experience in the beverage department with prior experience in a high-end beach club or a luxury hospitality environment.Deep knowledge of the restaurant’s specialized beverage menu, including a detailed understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, or drink pairings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist guests with confidence and professionalism.Ability to memorize and explain menu items in detail, providing guests with an educational and enriching dining experience.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality experience
