Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, nestled in Novotel Sydney City Centre our beautiful and vibrant Birdie is looking for a part time Food & Beverage Attendant.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This may be across our breakfast service and in our bustling restaurant for lunch & dinner service.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:
Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitudeProvide menu recommendationsEnsure prompt and accurate delivery of ordersMaintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining spaces and working areasUphold a high standard of guest service to create memorable dining experienceCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Experience in a similar role or customer facing positionExcellent communication and customer service skillsFlexible availability across weekdays & weekends working a rotating rosterThe physical capacity to stand and move for extended periods of time and lift heavy itemsAbility to work well in a dynamic environmentA valid NSW RSAValid Australian working rights What’s In It for You
