We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded Breakfast Employee to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests in the morning, ensuring they start their day with a warm welcome and a great breakfast experience. This position requires availability for early morning shifts, with start times at 05:30 or 06:00 AM. Responsibilities
Set up and prepare the breakfast area before serviceWelcome guests and provide friendly, attentive serviceServe food and beverages according to company standardsKeep the buffet clean, stocked, and well‑presentedClear and clean tables to maintain a tidy dining areaPerform stewarding tasks such as washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in the back of houseReceive, check, and store deliveries and orders following organisational proceduresCollaborate with the service and kitchen teamsFollow hygiene, safety, and food handling guidelines Hospitality experience is a plus but not requiredPositive, proactive, and guest‑focused attitudeGood command of English; additional languages are an advantageWilling to work early mornings at 5:30!Ability to handle both guest-facing and back-of-house tasks What do we offer you?
