About this role
This position is responsible for the daily management of F&B Department service, ensuring that the highest standard of F&B service is provided to the Hotel’s guests.
The Food & Beverage Manager plans, organizes and direct the overall F&B service operation and administration.
Knowledge and Experience
Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities What is in it for you;
