Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests? We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar & Restaurant Staff to join the Food & Beverage team at Novotel Southampton. We offer a salary of £12.95 per hour per hour
This flexible casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can adapt to a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional mannerTaking food and drink orders accuratelyServing food and beverages to a high standardPreparing and serving drinksProcessing bills, charges and paymentsChecking identification where requiredMaintaining stock rotation and replenishmentCompleting cleaning duties and health & safety checksSupporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsWhat We're Looking For
