Consistently provide professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items and dietary requests in an informative and helpful mannerTake and enter into POS System all In-Room Dining ordersPick up orders efficiently from the kitchenCheck outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set upDeliver food & beverage orders in a timely and accurate mannerHave full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methodsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned Previous Food & Beverage service experience preferredPrevious Point of Sale System experience preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesBC Serving It Right Certificate required prior to commencing employmentMust be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays Canadian work authorization.
