Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Deliver exceptional In-Room Dining service in accordance with LQA Standards throughout all guest interactionsSet up, deliver, and present food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a professional, timely, and personalized mannerAnticipate guest needs and provide intuitive service that exceeds expectationsAssist guests regarding menu selections, dietary preferences, and beverage offerings in an informative and helpful wayPossess full knowledge of food and beverage menus, daily features, promotions, and preparation methodsEnsure all orders are accurate, complete, and presented to luxury hospitality standardsMaintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of service stations, pantries, and equipmentFollow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all timesConsistently demonstrate LQA Standards throughout service delivery, guest engagement, grooming, communication, and attention to detail Previous luxury hotel, restaurant, or In-Room Dining experience preferredAbility to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm, professional, and courteous at all timesStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCommitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining LQA Standards throughout all aspects of service All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
