About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up restaurants, banquet areas, and service stations.Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the relevant departments.Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of tables and service areas.Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.Support banquet and event operations as required.Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.Handle service equipment correctly and maintain it in good condition.Skills & Qualities:
Good communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-service orientationPositive attitude and willingness to learnTeamwork and adaptabilityGood personal grooming and hygieneBasic knowledge of food and beveragesAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or any other equivalent Qualification.
Candidates must have successfully completed their Industrial Training
