About this role
Receive, check and store incoming goods accurately and in line with purchase orders.Support raising purchase orders and entering accurate data into the purchasing system.Maintain appropriate stock levels and assist with re-ordering supplies.Distribute stock efficiently to departments across the hotel.Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the inventory system.Keep storerooms clean, organised, secure and compliant with hygiene standards.Assist with weekly inventory checks and monthly stocktakes.Process and document supplier returns where required.Follow purchasing, receiving, storage and access-control procedures.Support the wider hotel team with other reasonable duties as required. A minimum of 1 years’ previous experience as a storeperson or related position, preferably in the Hospitality industry.Sound knowledge and understanding of stores and logistics processes, policies and systemsCompetent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
