Receive and record guests’ reservations and assign tablesGreet guests at entrance of dining room, restaurant, or lounge and escort them to tables or other seating areasSpeak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and attend to complaintsOrder necessary dining room supplies and equipmentInspect dining and serving areas and equipmentSupervise and co-ordinate activities of food and beverage servers and other serving staffMaintain financial statements and records.Comply to LQA and Forbes standards at all times whilst on duty.Perform any other duties as assigned by Management Have completed secondary school education.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Hospitality related Degree or DiplomaMinimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a waitress/hostess in a five-star hotelAdvanced levels of Business EnglishProficiency in a second language such as Arabic.Excellent food & beverage knowledgeThe ability to work well under pressure.Excellent attention to detailExperienced in Fire & Life safety systems.
