Must-Have:
At least 5 years experience in Hotel General Manager position.Pre-opening and Opening experience.Previous Experience on Romania marketplace is a plusStrong Food & Beverage background.Fluent in English. In addition, Romanian language knowledge is an advantageLegal right to work in RomaniaYour experience and skills include as well:
Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement.High level of leadership skills, business & people orientation, autonomy and strong decision-making skills.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, team managementService and quality minded character.Ability to create positive, effective and sustainable working relationships.
