A genuine passion for the culinary arts and creating locally inspired dishesPositive energy and enthusiasm to learn and grow in the industry Excellent time-management, punctuality, and organisation skills Knowledge of operational service requirements across Breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions and buffetAble to work with calm composure in a fast-paced environment Trade qualified (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)Commitment to kitchen hygiene and food safety best practicesPrevious experience in the hotel industry is idealFull, unrestricted work rights in Australia and flexible availability across a seven-day roster (AM & PM shifts) What is in it for you?
