We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Supervisor to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As the Audio Visual Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of audio-visual operations, ensuring seamless execution of events, and leading a team of technicians.
Manage and coordinate audio-visual services for various events, including conferences, presentations, and corporate meetingsSupervise and mentor a team of audio-visual technicians, providing guidance and training as neededOversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliabilityCollaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event requirements and deliver high-quality audio-visual solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficientlyDevelop and implement standard operating procedures for audio-visual operationsManage inventory, maintenance schedules, and equipment upgradesCreate and oversee budgets for audio-visual projects and equipment purchasesStay up-to-date with the latest audio-visual technologies and industry trendsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Media Production, or a related field5 years of experience in audio-visual operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleProven expertise in operating and maintaining various audio-visual equipment and systemsStrong knowledge of audio-visual software and hardwareExcellent project management and team leadership skillsAdvanced problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesProficiency in budget management and resource allocationExperience in live event production and corporate audio-visual setupsFamiliarity with multimedia presentations and event planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
