Create innovative visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media content, and print collateralDevelop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channelsCollaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualise and execute design projects that meet business objectivesConvert designs to appropriate formats for digital advertising, social media platforms, and print productionEnsure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our message to target audiencesManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and providing regular updates on project statusStay current with design trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your workContribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and initiativesMaintain an organised digital asset library for easy access and retrieval of design files Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related fieldProven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best workProficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layoutStrong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designsExperience in creating designs for both digital and print mediaKeen eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across various projectsStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independentlyFamiliarity with current design trends and best practices in the industryExperience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
