We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Waiter to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive waiter experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishmentsProven expertise in section management and guest service deliveryStrong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, dining etiquette, and service protocolsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage guests professionallyDemonstrated ability to mentor and support junior staff membersProficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management softwareStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environmentsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service equipmentExceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standardsProven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
