Greet and welcome residents and guests to the lounge area with a friendly and professional demeanourAssist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge servicesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and presentationPrepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks as requiredMonitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenitiesCoordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues promptlyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsAssist in organizing and setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge areaProvide information about local attractions, dining options, and services to guestsMaintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanourAttention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environmentEffective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced settingBasic computer skills for managing reservations and guest recordsKnowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practicesPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsProfessional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
