Valet Parking Attendant @ AccorHotel

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will provide exceptional parking services to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care. You will be responsible for efficiently managing vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Greet guests upon arrival and provide courteous valet parking servicesSafely operate and park vehicles in designated areas, following all traffic and safety regulationsMaintain accurate records of parked vehicles and guest informationInspect vehicles for existing damage and document any issues before parkingEnsure vehicles are returned promptly and in the same condition as receivedMaintain cleanliness and organization of the parking facility and work areasCommunicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and guest requestsHandle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesyPerform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues to managementAdhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and local traffic regulationsWork efficiently during peak hours to minimize guest wait times Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience operating both manual and automatic transmission vehiclesPrevious valet parking or customer service experience (preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to follow instructions preciselyPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditionsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureKnowledge of vehicle safety and basic vehicle careFamiliarity with parking management systems (preferred)Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:
