About this role

Under the general guidance of the Director of Rooms, the Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the coordination of activities in the treatment rooms and spa facilities

They will also ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. This role coordinates external providers, cleaners and spa reservations while ensuring seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to brand standards. The Spa Supervisor plays a key role in guest relations, inventory control, and the overall wellness environment of the spa, with a focus on luxury service and operational excellence.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate daily with the Director of Rooms, provide activity updates and monthly reportsEnsure cleanliness and maintenance of spa, equipment, and guest areasCoordinate with housekeeping and engineering for repairs and cleanlinessOversee changing room upkeep; ensure spa opens/closes on scheduleMonitor therapist performance and guest feedbackWith the Director of Rooms, optimizes spa coverageHandle guest services: greet guests, assist with services and retail, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfactionOversee purchase orders and storage maintenanceManage daily Book4time revenue reporting Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness environment preferably in an upscale or luxury lifestyle brand hotelProficient in spa management software and general computer applicationsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle daily spa operations smoothlyExceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused mindsetFlexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenanceKnowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trendsProfessional demeanor with a polished appearance and positive attitudeAbility to collaborate effectively with other departments and vendorsWhat's in it for you...
