Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Room Attendants, House Attendants, Public Area AttendantsAssign daily work schedules, room allocations, and special projects according to occupancy levels and operational requirements.Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas are cleaned and maintained according to brand standards.Ensure proper handling and reporting of Lost & Found items according to hotel procedures.Monitor DND (Do Not Disturb) rooms and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures are followed.Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaintsLead, motivate, coach, and support the housekeeping team to achieve departmental objectives. Assist with performance evaluations and development plansControl and monitor the usage of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, linen, uniforms, and equipment.Assist with monthly inventories of linen, guest supplies, and housekeeping materialsMonitor stock levels and report shortages promptlyEnsure housekeeping equipment is maintained and used safely and correctlyComplete daily inspection reports, discrepancy reports, and shift handovers Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and hotel standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.Inventory and stock management skills.Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage Work as a team player Experience in a 3- to 4-star hotel in the same position
