About this role
Assist the Outlet Supervisor in the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet.Lead and support the service team during daily operations to ensure high standards of guest service.Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure their needs are handled promptly and professionally.Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage service.Assign daily tasks and coordinate team members according to operational requirements.Brief the team before shifts and communicate important operational information.Support the training, coaching, and development of team members.Ensure compliance with hotel standards, service procedures, and brand standards.Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests, comments, and complaints appropriately.Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service.Monitor table setup, cleanliness, mise-en-place, and overall outlet presentation.Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling where applicable.Ensure proper handling of equipment, operating supplies, and inventory.Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.Report operational issues, maintenance concerns, and guest feedback to the Outlet Supervisor.Support the Outlet Supervisor in achieving departmental targets and maintaining efficient operations.Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management. Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.Guest-focused and service-oriented approach.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Good command of English; Russian is an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
