We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Spa to lead our luxurious wellness facility in the stunning island paradise of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Director of Spa, you will be responsible for curating and delivering exceptional spa experiences that align with our brand's commitment to luxury and well-being.
Develop and implement a comprehensive spa strategy that aligns with our luxury brand positioning and wellness philosophyOversee all aspects of spa operations, including treatments, therapies, relaxation areas, and retailCreate innovative wellness experiences that reflect local Vietnamese culture and our brand's emotional well-being pillarsLead and mentor a team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementManage the spa's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targetsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive spa revenue through strategic promotions and partnershipsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as our brand's quality standardsPersonalise guest journeys through pre-arrival profiling, in-treatment customisation, and post-stay recommendationsDrive sustainability initiatives within the spa, promoting responsible luxury in every guest experienceRepresent the spa in media opportunities, VIP briefings, and site inspections Extensive experience in luxury spa management, preferably in a director-level positionProven track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence in the spa industryStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue managementExcellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffIn-depth knowledge of wellness trends, therapies, and innovative spa treatmentsDemonstrated ability to create and implement personalised guest experiencesProficiency in spa management software and analytics toolsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholdersDegree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldSpa management certifications are highly desirableFluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is an advantageFamiliarity with Vietnamese culture and hospitality standardsProven ability to work in a multicultural environmentStrong commitment to sustainability and ethical practices in spa operationsInnovative mindset with a passion for continual improvement and industry best practices What awaits you...
