We're looking for an experienced Saudi Laundry Supervisor to join our operations team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all laundry operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Supervise and manage daily laundry operations.Lead, train, and mentor laundry staff members.Monitor work quality and ensure all items meet established standards and customer specifications.Develop and implement efficient workflows.Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.Track and report on key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and labor costs.Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issuesConduct regular staff training on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies Saudi Nationality Experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory roleProven track record of successfully managing and motivating teamsStrong knowledge of laundry processes, textile care standards, and equipment operationExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in quality control and attention to detailProblem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with inventory management and basic budget oversightKnowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
