We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in our facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and committed to providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.
Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsConduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with equipment and systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectivelyRead and interpret building services and electrical drawingsInstall and maintain electrical systems, including SWA, conduit, and trunkingImplement and follow preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtimeRespond promptly to emergency repair requests and customer complaintsCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operationsMaintain accurate logs, records, and reports of all maintenance activitiesStay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in facility maintenanceAdhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing job dutiesAssist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferredProven experience as a Technician or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematicsHands-on experience with installation and maintenance of various electrical systemsFamiliarity with preventive maintenance programs and practicesUnderstanding of building management systems (BMS) and controlsKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in Jakarta, IndonesiaStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamFlexibility to work in various environmental conditions and handle physical demands of the jobBasic computer skills for record-keeping and reportingCommitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field
