About this role
What you’ll do…
• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.
What we are looking for:
EU Nationality is required.Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
