About this role
Reporting to the Night Public Supervisor, the Night Public Spaces Attendant ensures all public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Enjoy working night shifts from 10:30 pm until 7 am in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Starting Rate: $21.08 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.12
This position is full-time permanent, should you be interseted in seasonal this can be arranged as well depending on your comminment.
Job Duties Include:
Responsible for following all established and future Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). These will include but are not limited to reporting to work, signing in and out of master, sectional or general keys, sequence of service, and lost & foundClean assigned public areas throughout the hotelEmpty garbage in all public areas and clean public area restroomsClean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keeping all brass shinyResponsible for moving and placing furniture back to its original placeVacuum carpets where neededReport necessary maintenance itemsCommunicate effectively with the Maintenance department regarding guest rooms and public areasAdhere to all hotel environmental policies, programs and initiatives Your Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in English (verbal and written)Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel housekeepingExperience with Hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Micros-Fidelio)Proven ability to train and coach staffStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with ability to work efficiently and independently Job Perks & Benefits:
