The Kids Club Attendant at Raffles & Fairmont Doha is responsible for creating a safe, fun, engaging, and memorable experience for children and their families, while maintaining the luxury service standards of the hotel. The role combines childcare, recreation, guest service, safety, and activity planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome children and families warmly and professionallySupervise children at all times and ensure their safety and well-beingOrganize and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, storytelling and recreational activitiesCommunicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities, needs and concernsFollow child safeguarding, health, hygiene and emergency proceduresMaintain a clean, safe and organized Kids Club environmentEnsure toys, games and activity equipment are clean, safe and properly maintainedManage child check-in and check-out procedures accuratelyMonitor children’s behavior and provide appropriate guidance and supportReport accidents, incidents, hazards and maintenance issues promptlyAssist with special events, themed activities and family programsCoordinate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experienceMaintain professional grooming and service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectationsParticipate in training and continuously develop childcare and guest service skills What will you bring to this role?
