Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging servicePerform massage while maintaining the client's comfort at all timesPerform 30, 45-, 60-, 90- and 120-minute massages as requiredEnsure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectationMaintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working orderActively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail salesAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assigned Your experience and skills include:
RMT Certification from an accredited school of Massage requiredAll professional licenses are to be currentCPR and First Aid certification preferredExcellent communication and organizational skills Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constantly standing and walking
Frequently bending and kneeling
Occasional carrying and lifting up to 20lbs
Occasional pushing and pulling
Occasional ascending and descending ladders, stairs or ramps
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
