The Tea Sommelier is responsible for delivering exceptional tea service that complements the culinary experience at Yi by Jereme Leung. This role manages the restaurant's tea program, provides expert tea recommendations and pairings, conducts tea presentations, and enhances guest satisfaction through personalized tea experiences. The Tea Sommelier works closely with the restaurant management and service team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality while promoting Chinese tea culture and traditions. Primary Responsibilities Delivers Exceptional Tea Service Provides professional tea recommendations based on guest preferences and menu selections. Conducts traditional and contemporary tea service in accordance with yi by Jereme Leung standards.
