Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, service-minded, and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent Intern to join our Front Office team. The intern will support daily front desk operations and assist guests throughout their stay to ensure a warm, professional, and memorable experience.
This position is particularly suitable for candidates who are confident in communicating in English and are interested in developing their career in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, room types, and operating hours.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and basic complaints professionally.
Assist guests with transportation, restaurant recommendations, local attractions, and other hotel services.
Communicate with guests in English to provide effective and personalized service.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries when required.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Concierge, to fulfill guest requests.
Assist with luggage and other Front Office services when required.
Maintain accurate guest information and assist with basic Front Office administrative tasks.
Follow hotel standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent hospitality etiquette.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or management.
Currently studying in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Russin speaking woukd be advantage
