About this role
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and other wooden structures.Repair and replace damaged woodwork, fittings, and furnishings.Install, assemble, and modify carpentry items as required.Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with hotel standards.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Support other engineering team members when required.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns.Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
