We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Attendant to join our hospitality team in Kooddoo, Maldives. In this role, you'll be the face of our food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasmProvide attentive, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations and aligns with our organization's service standardsAccurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teamsServe food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and attention to guest preferencesAssist guests with menu selections, highlight promotions, and offer knowledgeable product recommendationsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offeringsEnsure all tables, service areas, and side stations are meticulously clean, organized, and properly set upPerform efficient table clearing, resetting, and station preparation throughout serviceAdhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards and proceduresHandle guest requests, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and promptness; escalate issues to supervisors when necessaryAssist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown tasksSupport banquet services, special events, and other F&B operations as assignedFollow cash handling procedures accurately and ensure precision with guest checks when assignedWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and team successAttend daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings to stay informed and engagedDemonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team membersCustomer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellenceProven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentSolid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitation best practicesFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredProfessional appearance, demeanor, and positive attitudeDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and inclusively within a multicultural teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic numeracy skills for accurate order taking and payment processingPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periodsWillingness to follow procedures, accept feedback, and continuously improve performancePreferred: Certification in food safety or hospitality service trainingPreferred: Experience in a resort or island-based hospitality setting Job Title: F&B Attendant (Hotel Managed)
