About this role
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary of up to £30,014.40 per year.

Previous maintenance, facilities or property maintenance experienceGood all-round repair and DIY skillsA proactive approach and strong attention to detailThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamPainting and decorating experience is advantageousBasic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical or carpentry works • Minimum 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
