evelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve leisure revenue and room night targets.Build, maintain, and expand relationships with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and luxury travel advisors in local and international markets.Identify and secure new leisure business opportunities to enhance market share.Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, client entertainments, and site inspections.Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, roadshows, and networking events.Negotiate contracts, rates, and business agreements while maximizing hotel profitability.Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to support achievement of revenue goals. Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within luxury hospitality.Strong knowledge of the leisure travel segment and luxury travel distribution channels.Existing network with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel advisors is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.Familiarity with the Cambodia, regional, and international leisure travel markets preferred.
