About this role
Provide professional massage, facial, body treatments, and other spa services.Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest safety.Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and products are properly maintained.Deliver personalized and exceptional guest service.Promote spa products and services when appropriate.Follow resort policies, SOPs, and Maldives health and safety standards. Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort in the Maldives.Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented.Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
