About this role
Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with excellent service.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and bar areas, including barista equipment.
Assist with setup, pack down, and service support during busy periods and events.
Process payments and operate POS accurately.
Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Minimum 24 months of experience in a restaurant and bar environment, with solid food safety knowledge.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible, team-oriented approach and passion for hospitality.
