We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kids Club Manager to join our team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. As the Kids Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our children's recreational facility, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for our young guests.
Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentDevelop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs for children. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and child protection protocolsManage the Kids Club budget, including purchasing supplies and equipmentMaintain accurate records, including attendance, emergency contact information, and incident reportsProvide exceptional customer service to parents and children, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyCollaborate with other departments to create integrated family-friendly experiences and promotionsConduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and maintain high-quality service standardsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making improvements as necessaryEnsure the Kids Club area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in childcare, education, or recreational settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleCurrent CPR and First Aid certifications requiredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staffCreativity and enthusiasm in planning and implementing children's activitiesDemonstrated ability to manage groups of children effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcareFamiliarity with local child protection laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and childcare management softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysStrong organizational and multitasking skillsPatience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
