We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Executive to join our team. In this role, you will lead and inspire our F&B team to deliver outstanding service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high-quality standardsLead, motivate, and develop a team of F&B staff to achieve operational excellenceCoordinate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistencyManage inventory, place orders, and control costs while upholding product qualityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in creating and implementing innovative F&B promotions and eventsMonitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementConduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledgeMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guestsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesStay updated on local culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership roleStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate team membersExcellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detailIn-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practicesProficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systemsFlexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekendsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive, customer-first mindsetBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Fluency in English Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hospitality management software
