Lead the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue, strengthen market positioning, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing plan, budget, and commercial strategies.Drive revenue across rooms, Food & Beverage, meetings, and events while maintaining a balanced business mix.Identify new business opportunities and grow key corporate, leisure, group, and MICE accounts.Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.Work closely with Revenue Management to align pricing, distribution, and demand-generation strategies.Oversee marketing campaigns, digital channels, public relations, and brand communications.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, account production, and campaign results.Manage commercial partnerships and negotiate agreements within approved authority.Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.Provide forecasts and performance reports to the General Manager and relevant stakeholders.Ensure all sales and marketing activities reflect Mövenpick and Accor brand standards. Previous experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing or in a senior commercial leadership role within an upscale or luxury hotel.Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and established relationships across key business segments.Proven ability to achieve revenue targets, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams.Experience in digital marketing, distribution, and revenue management collaboration.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.A degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
