Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure all event requirements are met.Support senior event managers in scheduling and logistics management.Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional items.Manage registration and attendee communications before and during events.
