How does your working day look like...
You will be part of our newly established Reservations Team and actively contribute your ideas and experienceYou will handle individual and group reservations through our various booking channels, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded in the systemYou will be the point of contact for our guests, handling reservation enquiries by phone and emailYou will monitor our hotel and reservations inboxes and ensure that all enquiries are handled promptlyYou will work daily with our PMS and reservation systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest and booking dataYou will manage and maintain room allotments and allocationsYou will handle invoice amendments as well as the review and dispatch of group invoicesYou will maintain guest profiles in Opera Cloud and ensure a high level of data qualityYou will keep an eye on our returning guests and take care of guest recognition and our relationships with regular guestsYou will find the right solution for special guest requests and complaints, always aiming to create a positive experienceAnd above all: Together with the team, you will ensure that our guests feel well taken care of even before they arrive Your personality counts more than your CV...
You already have experience in hotel reservations or at the Front OfficeYou are highly organised and work in a structured, thorough and reliable mannerEven when several things are happening at once, you keep a clear overview and know how to set the right prioritiesYou enjoy working as part of a team, while also being able to organise your area independently and take responsibility for your tasksYou communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages are a plusYou enjoy interacting with international guests and have a good sense for their individual wishes and needsExperience with Opera Cloud is a plus – but what matters most to us is that you are eager to learn, get involved and take responsibility What`s in it for you...
