About this role
This position is part of our new SCAYLE Studios business, an AI-powered B2B product that helps fashion and lifestyle brands create and scale high-quality content more efficiently. Born from ABOUT YOU’s own experience with AI-driven content production, SCAYLE Studios is now being developed into a scalable product for brands and retailers worldwide.

Shape digital products from the user perspective, turning complex requirements into intuitive user flows, clear information structures and thoughtful UIWork iteratively on concepts and interfaces, using prototypes and real product implementations to explore, validate and improve ideas quicklyBuild interfaces that make complex workflows feel simple and efficient, especially for professional users working with content, configuration and dataCombine UX thinking with hands-on technical implementation, bringing your ideas to life across the frontend while understanding the technical implications of your decisionsContribute to and help evolve our design system, creating reusable components and patterns that keep the product consistent and scalableWork closely with Product, Design and Engineering to shape requirements, challenge assumptions and find solutions that balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibilityUse AI as an integral part of your workflow – from exploring ideas and creating prototypes to implementing, testing and refining digital productsTake ownership of the experience you build and continuously improve usability, accessibility, performance and overall product quality Proven experience building digital products with a strong focus on user experience, ideally in complex B2B, SaaS or enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows and interaction designHands-on experience building modern web interfaces and a solid understanding of frontend technologies and component-based developmentA strong eye for UI, with a good understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction patterns and visual consistencyExperience working with or contributing to design systems, reusable components and design patternsAbility to translate complex product requirements into simple, intuitive experiences and make thoughtful decisions based on user needsComfortable working closely with Product, Design and Engineering and communicating your decisions and trade-offs clearlyUsing the possibilities of AI is a key part of your daily workflow, from ideation and prototyping to building and improving functional product experiencesNice to Have
A good understanding of B2B, SaaS, enterprise or other workflow-heavy digital productsFamiliarity with the commerce or e-commerce domainConfidence working with Figma and translating designs into functional interfacesA technical background in software engineering or equivalent hands-on knowledge of working with codeKnowledge of design systems, component libraries and design tokensConfidence using AI-powered coding, design or prototyping tools to turn and validate product ideas quicklyKnowledge of user research, usability testing or design QAAn understanding of the challenges and opportunities of an early-stage product environment, where both the product and the way of working are shaped along the way Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
