As a recruiter for 3 Little Birds Interactive , you will be responsible for managing the recruiting needs for the agencies sales online marketing clients. This position is 75% in office and 25% work from home for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview and present high candidates according to available positions contracted with the agencyCollaborate with agency owner, to consult on best recruiting practices, build partnerships and ensure hiring needs are metContinually reinforce 3 Little Birds Interactive's brand and culture in the recruiting strategyUpdate Managers on a weekly basis on the status of openings and coverageMaintain and document candidate information within the designated 3 Little Birds recruitment processProactively develop sourcing strategies and networking to continually build a strong candidate pipeline for positionsMonitor and manage openings on a consistent basis to determine appropriate recruiting resources and coverage neededBuild candidate relations to provide a total consumer experience that attracts and sells even the most passive candidates
1+ year experience recruiting experience in an agency or fast-pace start-up environment is a plus Preferred experience in the online marketing/advertising and/or Affiliate Marketing IndustriesSelf-starter who is aggressive and hungry, motivated to close deals and find candidates ($$)Must be assertive, comfortable taking initiative and following up with candidates and agency to get the job doneMust be able to work independently, strong work ethic and passion for recruiting and detective work :)Ability to shift gears quickly and create an immediate impact on recruitingAttention to detail, excellent organization skills and consistent follow up is essentialHandle multiple priorities simultaneously This position will start off as a contract position ($10/hour - 40 hours a week plus a generous commission). There will be a 3 month probationary period, and then the salary/commission plan will be modified accordingly should the candidate succeed.
