FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Hendersonville 125 Indian Lake Blvd, Hendersonville, TN 37075 Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends $80,000–$90,000 per year

Our modern outpatient clinic specializes in personalized physical therapy, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and fall prevention. We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals while mentoring teammates and contributing to the continued success of our clinic.

What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services Help mentor and support fellow clinicians Collaborate with clinic leadership to enhance patient outcomes and clinic performance Complete accurate and timely documentation Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness Foster a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
What We're Looking For
Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a strong plus Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence Desire to grow professionally into clinic leadership
