Leadership - you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available.

Main duties of the job Agincare Homes Holdings is searching for a dedicated and experienced care professional to join the team as a Senior Care Assistant at their Gainsborough care home in Swanage.
