Main duties of the job We are seeking experienced or aspiring Senior Care Assistants to join our motivated and inclusive team. For those already working as a Care Assistant, this role provides an opportunity to advance and grow professionally. Within our homes, collaboration with care assistants is key as you will work to provide exceptional care, review and finalize care plans, and assist with planning social activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the training and supervision of junior staff.
