Manx Care is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join Ward 9, a busy medical and respiratory ward where compassionate, highquality care is central to everything we do. This is a rewarding opportunity to care for acutely unwell patients within a supportive multidisciplinary team that values professionalism, excellent communication and patient dignity. Youll gain experience in acute medicine, respiratory care and noninvasive ventilation, while being encouraged to develop your skills and progress your career in a fastpaced clinical environment.
Main duties of the job As a member of the Ward 9 team, youll take on a handson role, using your clinical judgement to respond effectively to changing patient needs and support recovery. Working closely with experienced nurses, doctors and allied health professionals, youll deliver safe, personcentred care and contribute positively to the learning environment by supporting junior colleagues and students. With no two days the same, this role offers continuous learning and the chance to make a meaningful difference within a dynamic and welcoming ward.
