As Matron for Community Services, youll play a pivotal leadership role across a diverse range of specialist teams, including Prison Healthcare, Long Term Conditions, Learning Disability Nursing, Parkinsons, Tissue Viability, Continence and Diabetes services. Youll have the unique opportunity to shape highquality, personcentred care through strong, credible leadership.
Main duties of the job As a senior clinical leader, the Matron will role model professional standards acting as a champion for quality and safety within the Division. You will champion clinical standards, drive improvement, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive services. You will be a positive role model, supporting your teams to deliver outstanding care while fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and professionalism. Central to this role is delivering care aligned with the CARE values, which guide how we work together, listen, act with integrity, and continually strive for improvement to ensure the highest standards of care across all services.

Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration First level degree or equivalent knowledge gained through experience Relevant masters degree or willingness to work towards
