Job summary
We are looking for health care assistants to join our Frailty wards in the new frailty block.
Are you passionate about providing excellent care and promoting independence for frail elderly patients?
Do you want to work with in a team who will help you learn and develop your skills as a health care support worker?
If so this position is for you!
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role of a health care support worker on the frailty ward is to provide high standards of patient care, providing personal care, helping patients with their dietary and fluid intake, helping them use the toilet., and to assist with repositioning.
Good communication skills are essential in this role , alongside the ability to document and escalate any worries to the trained staff
