We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to lead our wardrobe department with expertise and initiative. As Wardrobe Department Coordinator you are responsible for how the department runs, making sure that costume, hair and make-up work is carried out to the highest standard within the artistic and financial framework of our productions. You are the link between designers, artistic management, the assistant director, production management and the department's staff. You are responsible for managing the department's materials, equipment and resources. As a manager you coach and motivate staff and encourage their professional development. What do you bring?
